The Practice

Your body already knows the way.

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice held in a sober, screen-free space. There is no choreography, no right way to move, and no one watching to see if you're doing it correctly. The only rule is to move in a way that is authentic to you — and to give that same freedom to everyone around you.

The DJ is not just a music selector. They are a ceremony holder — shaping a sonic arc that moves the dancefloor through an intentional journey. An opening that warms the body. A peak that dissolves the mind. A landing that returns you to earth. Every set is a full ceremony, even if it doesn't feel like one from the outside.

Some people cry on the dancefloor. Some people laugh. Some people move like they've never moved before. Some people stand still and let the music move through them. All of it is welcome. The dancefloor is a temple, and your body is the prayer.

No alcohol is served during ecstatic dance. No phones on the floor. These aren't rules to limit you — they're an invitation to go deeper than a regular dance party ever allows. When the social performance drops away, something ancient and alive rises in its place.

The Schedule

Five Ceremonies. Three Nights.

Friday
8:00 PM
Opening Night
DJ · Flowscape
Main Stage

The weekend opens with ecstatic dance on the main stage — a full-body arrival ceremony to shake off the road and land in the body.

Saturday
8:00 PM
Lion's Gate Dance
DJ · J Brave
Main Stage

The most sacred night. After cacao ceremony at the fire, J Brave holds the dancefloor as the Lion's Gate portal opens — a full ceremony of sound and movement.

Saturday
10:00 PM
Late Night Journey
DJ · Flowscape
Main Stage

The floor stays alive. Flowscape picks up where J Brave leaves off — deeper, darker, longer. Dance until the midnight sun finds you.

Sunday
11:11 AM
Message from the BeesPORTAL ACTIVATION
DJ · High Vibin' Mary
🌀 Labyrinth Garden · Portal Activation

Held inside the Labyrinth Garden — the portal space of Warrior Lodge — this is not a dancefloor ceremony. It is a garden activation. High Vibin' Mary calls the body into movement to awaken the labyrinth's energy and open its medicine for the final day. The bees carry the message. The dance carries the light.

Sunday
7:00 PM
Closing Dance
DJ · Flowscape
Main Stage

The final dance of the weekend — 7 to 9 PM, closing the container, moving the medicine, sending every body home full.

What to Expect

🌀

No Choreography

There's nothing to learn. Move however your body wants to move. The floor holds all of it.

🚫🍺

Alcohol-Free

The dancefloor is sober. This isn't a nightclub — it's a ceremony. Go as deep as you want.

📵

Screens Away

Phones off, cameras down. What happens on the floor stays on the floor. Be here fully.

🔥

Held by a DJ

Every set is a designed journey — an arc from opening to peak to integration. Trust the music.

👣

Wear Soft Shoes or Go Barefoot

Feet need to feel the floor. Grippy socks or bare feet work best. Skip the hard soles.

💧

Hydrate and Rest

There's no shame in stepping out for water or a breath of Alaskan air. The container holds you.

The Other Ecstatic Dance

Become motionless in sound.

If the dancefloor asks your body to move, the aerial silk hammock asks it to surrender. Float, go still, and let sound do what movement usually does — $20 for 30 minutes, guided or solo.
